My niece is almost 2, and it’s SO MUCH FUN to look back on her newborn photos! 2 years goes by quickly … but it can feel like a different lifetime with a growing baby. It's important to choose a photographer who specializes in newborn photography and has experience working with infants. I have years of experience working with newborns and their families. I'm dedicated to providing a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for you and your baby. I understand the importance of capturing these early moments, and I take pride in creating a time capsule this time that you'll cherish for years to come.
“What can I expect during a newborn photography session?”
During a newborn photography session, we’ll let your baby lead the way with activities ( they usually call the shots at this age ) I'll work to create a comfortable environment and I’ll guide you through a little posing too. You can include your family members in the photos, and I encourage siblings to participate in the session. If you have any specific poses or props in mind, I'm always happy to incorporate your ideas and preferences into the session.
To capture the best moments, it's important to schedule your newborn photography session as early as possible, ideally within the first two weeks of your baby's life. I recommend booking your session as soon as possible during your pregnancy to ensure availability.
“Do I need to bring anything?”
You don't need to do much to prepare for the session. Think about any favorite gifts, blankets, backdrops. The great thing about documentary sessions at home is that all of your personal details are naturally incorporated into your session. I’ll also remind you the day of your session.
“When will I get my photos?”
After the session, you can expect to receive the final edited photos within 2-3 weeks. I offer a range of packages that include both digital files and prints.
“How much does newborn photography cost?”
Newborn photography sessions can range from $950 to $1500, depending on the package. I know this is a significant investment, but newborn photography is a specialized service and I'm dedicated to providing high-quality images & products that you'll cherish for a lifetime!
