Pick a Special Journal: Choose something that inspires you to write – be it because of its beautiful cover or because it feels nice to the touch.
Set a Routine: Whether it's first thing in the morning or right before bed, find a time that works for you and stick to it.
Keep it Accessible: Have your journal somewhere you can see and easily reach it. Out of sight, out of mind!
